Finesse TRIAL/REFUND OPTION

If this option is added to your basket you will receive the option to try and return your bridle if it does not suit.
It is recommended to ride in the bridle more than once, it may look awkward at first, but as it settles and shapes to the horse you may have to readjust for a good fit. It also may take your horse several rides to become accustomed to the different feeling. If you do not feel it is the right size or fit for your horse please contact us and we will work out the best solution for you.
If you decide this bridle is not for you, and the bridle is returned as per terms below, original purchase price will be refunded minus a $50 restock fee (this covers our transaction fees as we do not get these back if we refund payments). PLEASE DO NOT SELECT FREE POSTAGE AT CHECKOUT OR $20 WILL BE TAKEN OUT OF YOUR REFUND TO COVER THE INITIAL POSTAGE COST.
At or before 14 days from receipt of the bridle, the bridle must be posted back to Horse Fashion Australia, PO Box 163, Killarney QLD 4373 at your cost. Tracking number must be emailed to email@example.com or messaged to the Horse Fashion Australia Facebook page. If no contact is made with Horse Fashion before the 14 day trial period is over, and/or the bridle is not received back within 28 days of original purchase, this refund option is no longer valid, and no refund will be issued.
If the bridle is returned broken or damaged, the entire purchase price less restock fee may not be refunded. Signs of wear from use are acceptable. If the bridle is not returned, no refund will be issued. Please keep an eye on the keeper on the noseband as these have a tendency to disappear. Replacement fee for these is $15.
It is recommended to oil and condition new bridles, this is fine to do as well.
