Shipping Policies:

In Stock Items are normally dispatched within 24-48 hours via Australia Post. Orders post from Killarney QLD. Estimated delivery time frame for Express postage is 1-3 days (not guaranteed) and parcel post is 2-7 days. International orders can take up to 14-30 days. Timeframe estimates are from when the parcel is sent and only account for business days. All orders are processed and sent as soon as possible as we know how important it is to receive your purchase promptly. These do not include delays outside our control.

Once your order has been packed and left our warehouse, you will be emailed a tracking number by Shopify. Please check you junk mail as some customers find this email is redirected to this folder.

Horse Fashion Australia is not responsible once the parcel has left our premises, or for mistakes made by the customer in entering their shipping address. Please double check your address. Most orders have the address entered by the client copied and pasted to the parcel so it will be delivered exactly as entered by the client. If you think your parcel is lost, please contact us ASAP to lodge an inquiry with Australia Post. 

 

Return/Exchanges

Horse Fashion Australia has an exchange or credit policy. No refunds will be given unless the item is faulty. If for any reason you wish to exchange an item, it must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be returned in original packaging, with swing tags attached and must be unworn and unwashed in original saleable condition to be eligible for return.

 

Custom ordered items and sale items are not eligible for exchange or credit. We cannot also accept exchanges for horse rugs due to hygiene issues. 

 

How the credit works:

You will be emailed or messaged through a code for your use. This code can be used online during checkout. Arrangements can also be made via email.

 

Time frame:

You have one year to use the credit amount.

 

Shipping Costs:

The return shipping is at the customers expense for all regular returns, If the return is a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, the return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer and then credited back. 

 

Sale Items:

We do not offer returns on sale or discounted items, including items purchased using a discount code or items purchased during any type of sale.

 

If for any reason a refund is issued including due to change of mind, there will be a 5% fee to cover initial transaction costs.
